Whether you are from Kingston or have found us here online, it's easy to purchase a gift certificate for someone you know in the Kingston area.

Methods of Receiving the Gift Certificate:

• We can mail it to the gift recipient
• It can be picked up at King's Town Massage Therapy
• We can reserve it at King's Town Massage Therapy until the gift recipient comes in for their massage
When ordering a gift certificate, we ask that you please provide us with the following information by email or phone:
• The length of the massage
• The mailing address, if applicable
• The names of the recipient and donor

Cancellation Policy

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "no show" appointment, which are subjected to the full fee of the original scheduled appointment. This fee is the responsibility of the patient and cannot be billed to your insurance company. Please note that your appointment is especially reserved for you.

Lateness Policy

If you are late for an appointment for whatever reason, the duration and fee for your appointment will remain as originally scheduled.

We excel at providing prompt service. Therefore, appointments cannot be extended for lateness.
